Patient 360
A patient’s Overview tab is their Patient 360: “Everything about this patient in the clinic, in one place.” It brings together a summary from every module you use: visits, medical history, treatments, lab results, prescriptions, invoices, documents, notes, forms, supplies and WhatsApp.
You need Read patient profiles to open it. What each part shows then depends on your own permissions for that module.
How the page is laid out
Section titled “How the page is laid out”From top to bottom:
- Alerts: things to know about this patient, most serious first.
- Key figures: one strip of the most important numbers and dates.
- Sections, grouped under Clinical, Financial, Records & documents and Communication.
- Other records: small tiles for modules you can’t see, or that have nothing for this patient yet.
- Activity: a timeline of what happened, newest first.
Sections sit two per row when there’s room, and a section without a partner widens to the full row. On smaller screens, they stack.
What you can see
Section titled “What you can see”Each section follows the same permissions as the module itself:
| Your access | What the section shows |
|---|---|
| Full | The whole summary. View all opens the module’s tab on the patient’s record. |
| Partial: you can open some of the patient’s records of this kind, but not all (for example only the appointments or treatments assigned to you) | The summary of what you can open, plus “N more records you don’t have access to” at the bottom. |
| None | Only a tile under Other records with a lock, “You don’t have access”, and how many records exist. |
